Our trained agents will accompany the passengers during their stay at the airport, whether it’s upon arrival, before departure or while waiting for a connecting flight, by helping them to expediate all airport procedures.
A total of 6 Meet and Greet service offers are available to each Visa Infinite premium cardholder and his/her two friends or family members at the following airports:

Terms of use
An access to the service is available with a Visa Infinite card, if the card spending is at least UAH 70 000 a month
How to make use of the offer?
You need to contact the Visa Concierge Service via chatbot no later than 48 hours before departure and get a voucher

- Check service availability.
- Select a service for yourself and your guests and enter the passenger’s data, flight number and details.
