New airport services VIP Fast Line and VIP terminal of the Boryspil are available for Elite package owners with Visa Infinite cards

A-Club and VISA are pleased to announce the appearance of new airport services.
Since May 15, 2019, the owners of Visa Infinite cards can use VIP Fast Line services or the VIP terminal of the Boryspil airport (optional). The usage limit is 2 FREE visits per year per card for adults and 2 for children.

VIP Fast Line (departure / arrival) at terminal D of the Borispol airport is passing all formalities without queues accompanied by an airport agent from the entrance to the airport and up to the plane on a separate transport.

The range of services provided:
– meeting the passenger at the entrance to the airport;
– passing all the formalities for air inspection and passport control, accompanied by a special agent;
– transportation of a passenger to the aircraft ladder in an airport car;

The range of services provided to passengers in the Premier VIP lounge of the Boryspil airport (departure only) includes:

– meeting the passenger (group of passengers) and boarding an assistant VIP lounge;
– organization of the procedure of registration of air tickets and baggage (registration of air tickets and the choice of a seat in the aircraft is carried out in accordance with the rules established by the airline);
– stay in the Premier VIP lounge for 3 hours before departure;
– delivery of the passenger to the board of the aircraft by minibus or BMW premium passenger car;
– baggage handling;
– baggage packing;
– placement of the customer’s vehicles in the parking lot in front of the Premier VIP hall (for the period of service provision);
– possibility of accommodation in an individual rest room (subject to availability);
– Provision of city communications services, photocopier, fax, WI-FI, business corner;
– passing control on aviation security, passport and customs control;
– child care up to 2 years;
– bar services;
– service of the one accompanying (in the presence of the passenger and for the duration of the main passenger’s stay)

In order to use the service, you must leave a request at the A-Club contact center at least 3 hours before using the service and provide the following information:

– Date and time of departure
– Destinations
– Flight number
– Number of persons
